Senior Sales Assistant

Thema is an Italian company of the rapidly expanding Complife Group that deals with strategic consulting in Quality and Regulatory Affairs for the medical sector, specifically in the area of Medical Devices and In Vitro Diagnostic Devices.

For the role of Senior Sales Assistant, we are looking for a professional specialized in Regulatory Affairs and Quality for the medical sector to be placed as an employee within the Company.

For the role of Senior Sales Assistant, we are looking for a* graduate*, to join the sales office team.

What the Senior Sales Assistant does at Thema

Within the function and under the direct responsibility of the Sales Assistant Supervisor and the Sales Director, it is responsible for

  • Performing operational activities related to sales operations, including drafting commercial offers and contracts;
  • Orders management;
  • Operational support to the sales department;
  • Responding promptly to requests, and optimising the sales communication cycle.

The person we are looking for

The ideal candidate shall meet the following requirements:

  • Degree in communication, linguistics, economics, humanities (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree);
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (minimum level B2);
  • Good knowledge of the Spanish language is appreciated;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package;
  • Dynamism
  • Relationship skills;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Personal planning skills;
  • Precision and punctuality in carrying out assigned tasks;
  • Problem solving and result orientation.
  • At least one year’s experience in the role
