Starting from January 2016, Health Canada published information about the inspections already executed by pharmaceutical and medical device industries until now.
These information are included into an easy-to consult database on the Health Canada official web site and organized into three sections:
- Lists of Inspections: a general list including all inspections executed by Health Canada from January 1, 2012 to present day.
- Initial observations: first evaluations concerning the company after the three days from the end of the inspection.
- Inspection report: a final report including information identifying the establishment, date and content of the inspection, inspection type, observations and evaluation the inspector, measures taken by HC and final results.
