Thema is an Italian company of the rapidly expanding Complife Group that deals with strategic consulting in Quality and Regulatory Affairs for the medical sector, specifically in the area of Medical Devices and In Vitro Diagnostic Devices.
For the role of Project Manager, we are looking for a professional specialized in Regulatory Affairs and Quality for the medical sector to be placed as an employee within the Company.

What the Project Manager does at Thema
Within the function and under the direct responsibility of the Director of Operations, it is responsible for:
- Ensuring timely implementation through the effective management of assigned orders;
- Maintaining and improving the motivation of specialists by assigning tasks and promoting professional competence;
- Keeping up to date and increasing one’s skills;
- Collaborating in the planning and defining job schedules and resources in the Medical Devices regulatory area.
The person we are looking for
The ideal candidate shall meet the following requirements:
- Degree in science, with preference over Biomedical Engineering, Management Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Biotechnology;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (minimum level B2);
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package;
- Team and customer relationship skills;
- Excellent teamwork skills;
- Personal planning skills;
- Activity management skills (planning, timeline definition).
