{"id":30906,"date":"2023-10-20T17:24:10","date_gmt":"2023-10-20T15:24:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thema-med.com\/?p=30906"},"modified":"2023-10-20T17:25:26","modified_gmt":"2023-10-20T15:25:26","slug":"europa-ciberseguridad-para-los-sistemas-de-inteligencia-artificial-de-alto-riesgo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thema-med.com\/es\/2023\/10\/20\/europa-ciberseguridad-para-los-sistemas-de-inteligencia-artificial-de-alto-riesgo\/","title":{"rendered":"EUROPA: ciberseguridad para los sistemas de inteligencia artificial de alto riesgo"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>El 11 de septiembre de 2023, la Comisi\u00f3n Europea public\u00f3 en su p\u00e1gina oficial el documento <em>Cybersecurity of Artificial Intelligence in the AI Act, Guiding principles to address the cybersecurity<\/em> que contiene los requisitos de ciberseguridad necesarios para los sistemas de inteligencia artificial (IA) de alto riesgo.<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La propuesta de Ley sobre Inteligencia Artificial de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea representa un paso importante en la regulaci\u00f3n de la inteligencia artificial para <strong>abordar los riesgos<\/strong> para la salud, la seguridad de los sistemas de IA y los derechos fundamentales asociados a estas tecnolog\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a la ciberseguridad, regulada por el art\u00edculo 15 de la Ley de IA, los sistemas de IA de alto riesgo deben estar dise\u00f1ados para resistir los intentos de alterar su uso, comportamiento y rendimiento y comprometer sus propiedades de seguridad.<\/p>\n<p>En particular:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un sistema de IA puede incluir uno o varios modelos de IA, o incluso interfaces, sensores, bases de datos, componentes de comunicaci\u00f3n en red, unidades inform\u00e1ticas o sistemas de supervisi\u00f3n; sin embargo, los requisitos de ciberseguridad deben aplicarse al sistema de IA en su <strong>conjunto<\/strong> y no directamente a sus componentes individuales.<\/li>\n<li>Se requiere una <strong>evaluaci\u00f3n del riesgo<\/strong>, teniendo en cuenta la arquitectura interna del sistema de IA y su contexto de aplicaci\u00f3n. Concretamente, pueden identificarse dos niveles de evaluaci\u00f3n de riesgos: una evaluaci\u00f3n de riesgos de ciberseguridad y una evaluaci\u00f3n de riesgos reglamentaria de nivel superior que implica varios requisitos, tal como se describe en el art\u00edculo 9. La evaluaci\u00f3n de riesgos pretende identificar los riesgos espec\u00edficos, traducir los requisitos de seguridad inform\u00e1tica de nivel superior y aplicar las medidas de implementaci\u00f3n necesarias.<\/li>\n<li>La protecci\u00f3n de los sistemas de IA requiere un enfoque <strong>integrado<\/strong> y <strong>continuo<\/strong> que utilice pr\u00e1cticas probadas y controles espec\u00edficos. Este proceso debe explotar los procedimientos actuales de seguridad inform\u00e1tica, utilizando una combinaci\u00f3n de controles existentes para los sistemas de software y medidas espec\u00edficas para los modelos de IA.<\/li>\n<li>El panorama actual incluye una amplia variedad de tecnolog\u00edas con distintos grados de complejidad, que van desde los modelos tradicionales de aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico hasta las \u00faltimas arquitecturas de aprendizaje profundo. Sin embargo, no todas las tecnolog\u00edas pueden estar listas para su uso en sistemas de IA de alto riesgo a menos que se aborden adecuadamente sus <strong>limitaciones<\/strong> de ciberseguridad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los sistemas de Inteligencia Artificial est\u00e1n experimentando una r\u00e1pida transformaci\u00f3n, elevando el nivel tecnol\u00f3gico y la eficacia de los dispositivos m\u00e9dicos. Sin embargo, la IA alberga varios escollos y amenazas que deben abordarse adecuadamente, como la seguridad de los datos sensibles.
