{"id":28487,"date":"2023-07-07T10:59:32","date_gmt":"2023-07-07T08:59:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thema-med.com\/?p=28487"},"modified":"2023-08-04T12:14:35","modified_gmt":"2023-08-04T10:14:35","slug":"mexico-se-modifica-el-procedimiento-de-renovacion-de-registro-y-gestion-de-cambios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thema-med.com\/es\/2023\/07\/07\/mexico-se-modifica-el-procedimiento-de-renovacion-de-registro-y-gestion-de-cambios\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00c9XICO: Se modifica el procedimiento de renovaci\u00f3n de registro y gesti\u00f3n de cambios"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>La Comisi\u00f3n Federal para la Protecci\u00f3n contra Riesgos Sanitarios (COFEPRIS) public\u00f3 en el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dof.gob.mx\/nota_detalle.php?codigo=5688295&amp;fecha=10\/05\/2023#gsc.tab=0\"><strong><em>Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n<\/em><\/strong><\/a> el 10\/05\/2023 una actualizaci\u00f3n de los requisitos para la <strong>renovaci\u00f3n del registro<\/strong> y para la presentaci\u00f3n de cualquier <strong>cambio<\/strong> posterior al registro de un dispositivo m\u00e9dico.<\/h2>\n<p>En cuanto a los requisitos para <strong>renovar<\/strong> el registro de un dispositivo m\u00e9dico, se establece que las solicitudes ser\u00e1n confirmadas mediante una simple <strong>notificaci\u00f3n<\/strong> para demostrar la oportunidad de la presentaci\u00f3n. La notificaci\u00f3n emitida deber\u00e1 presentarse junto con el registro de referencia y conservar\u00e1 el mismo <strong>n\u00famero de registro.<\/strong> El proceso de renovaci\u00f3n se puede realizar de manera electr\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n<p>El proceso de notificaci\u00f3n a la Autoridad Regulatoria Mexicana de los <strong>cambios posteriores al registro<\/strong> var\u00eda dependiendo de si el cambio a realizar es <strong>administrativo<\/strong> o <strong>t\u00e9cnico<\/strong>. Los cambios administrativos se refieren a la <strong>transferencia de derechos<\/strong>, <strong>cambio de nombre o domicilio del distribuidor extranjero<\/strong> y <strong>cambio del productor legal<\/strong> y deben ser comunicados mediante carta emitida por el fabricante en un plazo no mayor a 30 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles a partir de la fecha del acuerdo de transferencia, cambio de nombre o domicilio del distribuidor extranjero.<\/p>\n<p>Los cambios t\u00e9cnicos, por su parte, se refieren a <strong>un cambio del lugar de producci\u00f3n<\/strong> <strong>o la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos lugares de producci\u00f3n,<\/strong> un cambio de <strong>clasificaci\u00f3n del producto sanitario<\/strong> y un <strong>cambio de la fecha de caducidad.<\/strong> La notificaci\u00f3n del cambio de lugar de producci\u00f3n o la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos lugares de producci\u00f3n debe especificar detalladamente las nuevas referencias, incluyendo informaci\u00f3n como el nombre y la direcci\u00f3n de la empresa.
