Conozc\u00e1moslo juntos&#8230;<\/h2>\n<h3><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1nto tiempo llevas en Thema y a qu\u00e9 te dedicas? <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Llevo en Thema tres a\u00f1os y medio y siempre he trabajado en el sector operativo ocup\u00e1ndome de dispositivos y software activos. En particular, me especialic\u00e9 en la redacci\u00f3n de Documentos T\u00e9cnicos y registros de Dispositivos M\u00e9dicos dentro de las bases de datos de numerosos Pa\u00edses en Europa. Actualmente, ocupo el puesto de Product Manager, un puesto que me est\u00e1 dando la oportunidad de seguir cada vez m\u00e1s de cerca a los clientes y sus dispositivos.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 caracter\u00edsticas debe tener un buen consultor? <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En primer lugar, un buen consultor debe tener un buen conocimiento de las Regulaciones y procesos de los Pa\u00edses en los que se pretende comercializar el Dispositivo M\u00e9dico del cliente, para saber manejarse mejor dentro del complejo panorama regulador. Tambi\u00e9n es muy importante el aspecto comunicativo, ya que una gran parte del trabajo consiste en interactuar directamente con el cliente, estableciendo una sinergia con este \u00faltimo de tal manera que se cree una relaci\u00f3n de confianza mutua. Un buen consultor, adem\u00e1s, debe ser capaz de entender las necesidades de la persona que se enfrenta para encontrar la mejor manera de lograr el resultado.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las solicitudes m\u00e1s frecuentes que recibes de los clientes? <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La redacci\u00f3n de la Documentaci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica es una de las solicitudes m\u00e1s frecuentes de mis clientes, en particular la Documentaci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica conforme al Reglamento Dispositivos M\u00e9dicos (UE) 2017\/745 (MDR) ya que en mayo de 2021 se produjo un cambio importante de la Directiva CEE 93\/42 sobre Dispositivos M\u00e9dicos a MDR (UE) 2017\/745. Esto implic\u00f3 que muchos clientes tuvieran que adaptar la documentaci\u00f3n para cumplir con los nuevos requisitos. En concreto, se han realizado importantes cambios en las secciones de an\u00e1lisis de riesgos del producto, evaluaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica y vigilancia post-mercado, por lo que mi carga de trabajo se centra principalmente en estas secciones.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los mayores retos del actual escenario regulador? <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>El escenario regulador ha sufrido cambios profundos en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, cambiando e introduciendo nuevas especificaciones y requisitos que deben cumplirse. El aspecto m\u00e1s desafiante del escenario regulatorio actual es no dejarse atrapar sin preparaci\u00f3n: hay que estar siempre preparados a los cambios y estar al d\u00eda con las constantes actualizaciones que cada d\u00eda hay. Es necesario, adem\u00e1s, ser curioso para tratar de comprender cada punto de un reglamento, norma o directiva que sea.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>El mejor consejo para tus clientes.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>El mayor consejo que puedo dar a mis clientes es no desanimarse ante el complejo escenario regulatorio. Es importante estar preparado para el cambio y ser proactivo, aprovechar estas actualizaciones como una oportunidad de crecimiento y mejora personal y profesional.
