{"id":20956,"date":"2022-04-13T14:49:13","date_gmt":"2022-04-13T12:49:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thema-med.com\/?p=20956"},"modified":"2023-02-14T10:26:17","modified_gmt":"2023-02-14T09:26:17","slug":"reino-unido-del-marcado-ce-al-marcado-ukca-que-hacer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thema-med.com\/es\/2022\/04\/13\/reino-unido-del-marcado-ce-al-marcado-ukca-que-hacer\/","title":{"rendered":"Reino Unido: del marcado CE al marcado UKCA. \u00bfQu\u00e9 hacer?"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>Dentro de poco m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o ser\u00e1 definitivamente obligatorio colocar <strong>el marcado UKCA<\/strong> en los Dispositivos M\u00e9dicos e IVD para comercializar en el Reino Unido.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pero, \u00bfqu\u00e9 hacer para obtener el marcado UKCA?<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Directrices MHRA actualizadas sobre registro y regulaci\u00f3n de dispositivos m\u00e9dicos<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>A principios de 2022, la Agencia Reguladora de Medicamentos y Productos Sanitarios (<strong>MHRA<\/strong>) <strong>actualiz\u00f3 las directrices<\/strong> relativas al <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/guidance\/register-medical-devices-to-place-on-the-market\">registro<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/guidance\/regulating-medical-devices-in-the-uk\">regulaci\u00f3n<\/a> de <strong>Dispositivos M\u00e9dicos<\/strong> en el Reino Unido. Los cambios reflejan las transiciones post-Brexit previstas en los sistemas de registro y regulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Las dos directrices confirman que a partir <strong>del 1 de enero de 2022<\/strong> ya no hay categor\u00edas o clases de riesgo que se beneficien de un per\u00edodo de gracia: <strong>todos los Dispositivos M\u00e9dicos<\/strong> deben <strong>registrarse<\/strong> <strong>en MHRA<\/strong> antes de ser introducidos en el territorio del Reino Unido.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Adem\u00e1s del registro de Dispositivos M\u00e9dicos en MHRA, hay una importante novedad para poder seguir lanzando productos al mercado del Reino Unido: <strong>el cambio del marcado CE al nuevo marcado de producto UKCA.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Marcado UKCA: lo que necesita saber<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>El marcado UKCA entr\u00f3 en vigor cuando el Reino Unido decidi\u00f3 abandonar la Uni\u00f3n Europea en enero de 2021 y debe solicitarse a los Organismos Notificados designados en el Reino Unido.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Est\u00e1 previsto un per\u00edodo transitorio hasta el <strong>30 de junio de 2023<\/strong>, cuando finalice el reconocimiento y la aceptaci\u00f3n por MHRA del <strong>marcado CE<\/strong> en el Reino Unido.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>A partir del 1 de julio de 2023, el marcado CE deber\u00e1 sustituirse por el nuevo marcado UK Conformity Assessed (UKCA).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Por lo tanto, todos los Dispositivos M\u00e9dicos e IVD a partir del 1 de julio de 2023 deber\u00e1n <strong>volver a etiquetarse<\/strong> con el marcado UKCA antes de comercializarse en el Reino Unido (Inglaterra, Gales y Escocia). El marcado UKCA no ser\u00e1 reconocido en la UE, el EEE o Irlanda del Norte.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Para obtener m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre el uso del marcado UKCA, le recomendamos que lea la gu\u00eda <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/guidance\/using-the-ukca-marking\">\u00abUsar el marcado UKCA\u00bb<\/a> que contiene indicaciones como el tama\u00f1o m\u00ednimo del marcado (al menos 5 mm) y las caracter\u00edsticas del logotipo.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>A pesar de la fecha l\u00edmite del 30 de junio de 2023, las empresas ya pueden usar el marcado UKCA para demostrar que sus dispositivos cumplen con la legislaci\u00f3n de productos del Reino Unido.
