Desde el 26 de mayo de 2021<\/strong>, con la entrada en vigor del nuevo Reglamento para Dispositivos M\u00e9dicos de la UE MDR 2017\/745<\/strong> y al no haber alcanzado un acuerdo institucional, Suiza<\/strong> se ha convertido oficialmente en un tercer pa\u00eds de la UE. <\/strong>El acuerdo institucional entre Suiza y UE no se ha alcanzado porque no se actualiz\u00f3 el Acuerdo de Reconocimiento Mutuo (ARM),<\/strong> que constituye uno de los requisitos previos esenciales para el comercio de productos sin barreras. De hecho, todos los Fabricantes de la Uni\u00f3n europea no pueden comercializar f\u00e1cilmente sus productos en el mercado suizo tal como fue hasta el 26 de mayo 2021. Aunque ha habido negociaciones con la UE para los productos que ya est\u00e1n en el mercado, hasta la fecha, Suiza no acepta autom\u00e1ticamente para su propio mercado los certificados caducados o nuevos de los Fabricantes de la UE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
