El objetivo final es garantizar que los productos comercializados no pongan en peligro la salud y la seguridad.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>La <strong>\u201cvigilancia posterior al mercado\u201d<\/strong> (PMS, a cargo del Fabricante) es un proceso proactivo y sistem\u00e1tico para controlar el rendimiento de un dispositivo m\u00e9dico mediante la recopilaci\u00f3n y el an\u00e1lisis de informaci\u00f3n sobre el uso sobre el terreno (Ref. Art. 83 del MDR y Art. 78 del IVDR). Parte integrante del proceso del Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de la Calidad (SGC), el PMS se basa en un <strong>plan PMS<\/strong> y se realiza en colaboraci\u00f3n con los dem\u00e1s operadores econ\u00f3micos.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, la <strong>\u201cvigilancia\u201d<\/strong> (a cargo del Fabricante, del Representante Autorizado y de la Autoridad competente) es un proceso reactivo y consiste en la notificaci\u00f3n de incidentes graves y medidas correctoras de seguridad sobre el terreno (FSCA) a las Autoridades Competentes afectadas. Tanto el MDR (Art. 87), como el IVDR (Art. 82) describen los requisitos para dicho proceso, as\u00ed como el calendario previsto para la notificaci\u00f3n en funci\u00f3n de la gravedad del accidente grave. Los Fabricantes tambi\u00e9n deben indicar las tendencias de los efectos secundarios y de los accidentes adversos esperados que no est\u00e9n clasificados como graves.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-background\" style=\"background-color: #0099a8; color: #ffffff; text-align: center;\">Preguntas?
