{"id":15429,"date":"2020-08-20T15:13:21","date_gmt":"2020-08-20T13:13:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thema-med.com\/?p=15429"},"modified":"2020-08-20T15:13:21","modified_gmt":"2020-08-20T13:13:21","slug":"disposicion-sell-off-ivdr-ue-2017-746","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thema-med.com\/es\/2020\/08\/20\/disposicion-sell-off-ivdr-ue-2017-746\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la disposici\u00f3n de fin de venta (\u201csell off\u201d)?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La disposici\u00f3n de <strong>fin de venta<\/strong> (art. 110 apdo. 4 IVDR) tiene por <strong>objeto<\/strong> <strong>limitar el tiempo<\/strong> durante el cual los <strong>productos conformes con el DIV<\/strong>, que ya se hayan introducidos en el mercado, <strong>pueden ser puestos a<\/strong> <strong>disposici\u00f3n<\/strong> por un Distribuidor (por ejemplo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el marco de las <strong>nuevas disposiciones transitorias<\/strong>, los <strong>productos DIV <\/strong>que hayan sido<strong> introducidos<\/strong> legalmente <strong>en el mercado<\/strong> de conformidad con la <strong>Directiva IVDR con anterioridad al 26 de mayo de 2022,<\/strong> podr\u00e1n seguir comercializ\u00e1ndose o ser puestos en servicio <strong>hasta el 26 de mayo de 2025<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los <strong>productos DIV<\/strong> que hayan sido <strong>introducidos<\/strong> legalmente en el mercado <strong>a partir del 26 de mayo de 2022<\/strong>, podr\u00e1n <strong>seguir comercializ\u00e1ndose<\/strong> o ser <strong>puestos en servicio hasta<\/strong> las fechas siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> en el caso de los productos de la <strong>clase\nD<\/strong>;<\/li><li> en el caso de los productos de la <strong>clase\nC<\/strong>;<\/li><li> en el caso de los productos de la <strong>clase\nB y de los de la clase A introducidos en el mercado en condiciones est\u00e9riles.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thema-med.com\/es\/servicios\/\">Descubre los servicios de asesoramiento estrat\u00e9gico-regulador Thema<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La disposici\u00f3n de fin de venta (art. 110 apdo. 4 IVDR) tiene por objeto limitar el tiempo durante el cual los  [&#8230;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[891,15,1019],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-15429","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-faq-es","category-ivdr-faq-es","category-ivdr-es-faq-es"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.0 -
