The Regulatory Authority Swissmedic provides accurate information on the usage of the Swiss Representative CH REP symbol<\/strong> which is very similar to the European Representative (EC REP) icon. The CH REP symbol must be used to indicate the Swiss Authorised Representative<\/strong> and must be applied on the Medical Device packaging and labelling<\/strong>. Representative\u2019s name and address must be stated in close proximity to the symbol. The address must contain all the useful information to contact the Swiss Representative. It is not enough to indicate a phone number, an email address, or a P.O. box.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
