{"id":33756,"date":"2025-03-19T12:04:40","date_gmt":"2025-03-19T11:04:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thema-med.com\/?p=33756"},"modified":"2025-06-16T16:34:10","modified_gmt":"2025-06-16T14:34:10","slug":"suiza-actualizacion-de-las-medidas-de-seguridad-y-el-etiquetado-de-los-ivd","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.thema-med.com\/es\/2025\/03\/19\/suiza-actualizacion-de-las-medidas-de-seguridad-y-el-etiquetado-de-los-ivd\/","title":{"rendered":"Suiza: actualizaci\u00f3n de las medidas de seguridad y el etiquetado de los IVD"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-1 fusion-flex-container nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row fusion-flex-align-items-flex-start fusion-flex-content-wrap\" style=\"max-width:1144px;margin-left: calc(-4% \/ 2 );margin-right: calc(-4% \/ 2 );\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-0 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-flex-column\" style=\"--awb-bg-blend:overlay;--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-width-large:100%;--awb-margin-top-large:0px;--awb-spacing-right-large:1.92%;--awb-margin-bottom-large:0px;--awb-spacing-left-large:1.92%;--awb-width-medium:100%;--awb-spacing-right-medium:1.92%;--awb-spacing-left-medium:1.92%;--awb-width-small:100%;--awb-spacing-right-small:1.92%;--awb-spacing-left-small:1.92%;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-justify-content-flex-start fusion-content-layout-column\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><h1 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 34; line-height: 1.16;\" data-fontsize=\"34\" data-lineheight=\"39.44px\">Suiza: actualizaci\u00f3n de las medidas de seguridad y el etiquetado de los IVD<\/h1>\n<p>El entorno normativo de Suiza est\u00e1 evolucionando para reforzar tanto la gesti\u00f3n de la seguridad de los productos sanitarios y de diagn\u00f3stico in vitro (IVD) durante los ensayos cl\u00ednicos como la trazabilidad de los productos sanitarios ya comercializados.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 24; line-height: 1.2; --minfontsize: 24;\" data-fontsize=\"24\" data-lineheight=\"28.8px\">Formulario de notificaci\u00f3n de medidas de seguridad en ensayos cl\u00ednicos<\/h2>\n<p>Swissmedic, la Agencia Suiza para la Seguridad de los Productos Terap\u00e9uticos, ha publicado recientemente el <strong>formulario <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swissmedic.ch\/dam\/swissmedic\/it\/dokumente\/medizinprodukte\/mep_urr\/bw610_20_022d_fo_meldepflichtiges_amendment_berichte_klinvmep.pdf.download.pdf\/BW610_20_022e_FO_Notification%20of%20safety%20measures_MD_IVD_KlinVMEP.pdf\"><strong>BW610_20_022e_FO Notificaci\u00f3n de medidas de seguridad MD IVD <\/strong><\/a>para notificar <strong>medidas de seguridad<\/strong> relacionadas con <strong>ensayos cl\u00ednicos<\/strong> de productos sanitarios y de diagn\u00f3stico in vitro.<\/p>\n<p>Este m\u00f3dulo permite notificar la <strong>finalizaci\u00f3n anticipada<\/strong>, la <strong>interrupci\u00f3n<\/strong> o la <strong>suspensi\u00f3n temporal <\/strong>de un ensayo cl\u00ednico por motivos de seguridad, contribuyendo as\u00ed a la supervisi\u00f3n continua y oportuna de los riesgos.<\/p>\n<p>De conformidad con el art\u00edculo 36, apartado 4, y el art\u00edculo 38 de la <strong>Ordenanza sobre ensayos cl\u00ednicos de productos sanitarios (OSRUm-MD) <\/strong>y el art\u00edculo 34 de la misma Ordenanza, el m\u00f3dulo apoya la gesti\u00f3n oportuna de los acontecimientos adversos durante el ensayo.<\/p>\n<p>El uso conjunto de los <strong>documentos de orientaci\u00f3n &#8216;BW600_00_015i_MB for Clinical Investigations of Medical Devices<\/strong>&#8216; y <strong>&#8216;BW600_00_016i_MB for Interventional Performance Studies of IVDs<\/strong> &#8216; proporciona un marco completo para los fabricantes y promueve el cumplimiento normativo.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 24; line-height: 1.2; --minfontsize: 24;\" data-fontsize=\"24\" data-lineheight=\"28.8px\">CH-REP obligatorio en la etiqueta de los IVD<\/h2>\n<p>Hasta el 31 de marzo de 2025, las indicaciones del CH-REP para los dispositivos m\u00e9dicos de diagn\u00f3stico in vitro pueden incluirse alternativamente en un documento que acompa\u00f1e al dispositivo, como una nota de entrega.
