{"id":30203,"date":"2023-09-19T08:29:43","date_gmt":"2023-09-19T06:29:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thema-med.com\/?p=30203"},"modified":"2023-09-19T08:34:35","modified_gmt":"2023-09-19T06:34:35","slug":"mexico-modificados-los-requisitos-de-gestion-de-cambios-en-el-registro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.thema-med.com\/es\/2023\/09\/19\/mexico-modificados-los-requisitos-de-gestion-de-cambios-en-el-registro\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00c9XICO: modificados los requisitos de gesti\u00f3n de cambios en el registro"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>El 9 de agosto de 2023, la Comisi\u00f3n Federal para la Protecci\u00f3n contra Riesgos Sanitarios (COFEPRIS), organismo gubernamental mexicano encargado de la regulaci\u00f3n de productos sanitarios, actualiz\u00f3 la Gu\u00eda De Criterios Para Clasificaci\u00f3n de Modificaciones de Registros Sanitarios de Dispositivos M\u00e9dicos definiendo los tipos y el impacto de los cambios de producto u organizaci\u00f3n en los registros previos a la comercializaci\u00f3n.<\/h2>\n<p>En la parte inicial del documento se aclaran los conceptos de <strong>fabricante legal<\/strong> y <strong>fabricante real<\/strong>. En concreto, el fabricante legal es la persona f\u00edsica o jur\u00eddica responsable de la seguridad, las prestaciones, la calidad, el dise\u00f1o, la fabricaci\u00f3n, el montaje de un sistema o la modificaci\u00f3n de un producto sanitario antes de su comercializaci\u00f3n, con independencia de que estas actividades sean realizadas por la misma persona o por un tercero.
