US Country Manager

Thema is a fast-growing Italian company of the Complife Group that deals with strategic consultancy in the field of Quality & Regulatory Affairs for the medical sector, specifically in the area of Medical Devices and In Vitro Diagnostic Devices.

For Thema Corp, our subsidiary based in Philadelphia, we are looking for a US Country Manager.

What the US Country Manager does

Working with the head office and Thema’s team of experts, the candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Establish growth objectives, define country strategies, develop business plans for company operations and organise strategic plans;
  • Represent Thema’s company in the US and enhance the brand reputation in the US market by becoming a key interlocutor;
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and agencies/buyers in the country;
  • Perform project manager/consulting activities.

The person we are looking for

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

  • Degree in business, law, engineering or science;
  • At least 1 year experience in quality/regulatory affairs in the Healthcare industry;
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Willingness to relocate to the United States;
  • Excellent written and oral English language skills.
